REAL ESTATE AND HORSES
For those that know me, there is no denying that I am a horse girl through and through. I have ridden horses competitively since about the age of 9 and horses have been a HUGE part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have ridden both professionally and as an amateur, and still compete with my horse as an amateur today.
Combining my extensive background in competing, owning, and training horses with my passion for serving my real estate clients, allows me to bring an unparalleled experience to you when purchasing or selling a horse farm. Additionally, being a part of the horse network here in Kentucky allows me to have knowledge of properties that may not ever hit the open market otherwise. I am so honored to be able to combine my passion for horses and real estate, and I cannot wait to help you achieve all of your horse property goals!

My name is Michelle Newman and I have lived in Lexington, Kentucky since 2013. I grew up in Long Island, New York and moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky. After graduating, I was so in love with Kentucky and the roots that I had planted here, that I decided to stay and make Lexington my home.
I became a real estate agent after purchasing my first home in Lexington. After purchasing my home, I was blown away by the interest that I took in the home buying process. The whole process really intrigued me and inspired me to follow this path and get my real estate license.
Since becoming licensed, I have so much confidence in saying that I have truly found my passion. There are so many incredible things that I love about being a real estate agent. But, my absolute favorite part is the ability to meet new people and form new relationships with my clients.
I have worked hard to base my business off of relationships and good client experiences, and I am so passionate about bringing a superior service to all of my clients.
Homeownership is so empowering and wealth building, and I am truly honored to be able to guide my clients through these important life changing moments.
